The Verdict is In

The Verdict is In

Wow! First let me say that I was not shocked by the outcome of this at all because even the stuff I personally have done, witnessed, watched women beg to have done and listened to men on the other end of the phone line imagining being done would be deemed abuse, rape, taking advantage of or illegal by people not involved in the BDSM community.

It was not possible for that jury too make an informed decision as they had NO information you have to live the lifestyle to understand at all as I said before this was not a jury of their peers, his or hers..

All I know about this case is what I have read and from what I have read every single thing she did, no matter how strange bizarre or over the edge it may seem to people looking in, was consensual. She can say it was not but she went back over and over again and signed a slave contract agreeing before the fact.

I suppose now I should sue my three year Dom for all he pictures he took of me, recordings he made, engagement rings others gave to me during that time that I gave to him, the things he made me write and the slave labor I had to do cleaning his house, doing his yard work (getting ate up by bugs the first time because I had no repellent and had to do it in a swim suit not to mention the sun burn..oops he abused me even though it was me who forgot), washing his car, looking for other submissive women for his stable and if he had made me I would have made money for him but he CHOSE to have me make money for myself.  Knowing as I did these things that if they were done wrong I would be punished severely?  So is it then forced slavery and against the labor laws and fourteenth amendment as some are claiming?  That would be a big no and the slave contract while not being legally valid as it is a personal arrangement  entered into by two or more Masters and slaves to define their roles, rules and commitment and often taken more seriously than a marriage contract by the parties who sign it. It is not meant as a legal contract to be enforced by the government but a personal contract to be enforced by the master.  The only thing a slave contract can prove is the validity of his statement and the other ladies statements that yes, in fact the actions were consensual.  I think it is being said that the contract was thrown out of court because of the fourteenth amendment because it is illegal to own slaves which then makes the contract illegal.  Now, I am not sure if this is true, that it was thrown out and if so if it was for this reason but that is the rumor and if it is in fact true both parties knew it held no true, ”slave ownership” validity but it is ridiculous that it did not serve to prove that it was consensual.

This is what she agreed to and her slave contract covered that and anyone who has been a 24/7 slave knows everything she did is NORMAL as far as the work for free. This is how you please your master and even in the “normal world” how you please a man quite often.

To sit back and judge the ball gag and the sewing of the mouth shut, seriously do you think for a moment that was not consensual? It would take a hell of a lot of strength and time to do that to an unwilling person and then why did she not go to the police then but wait until years later? That is the most extreme thing I read in this case and while I have not ever been sewn shut I have done needle play and had wanted to be sewn but what I do in my head is different from what I really want to do.  While that is true for me it may not be true for others.

The horrible bug invasion was seriously probably and over site or a choice. Bug repellent would be easily forgotten.

Other than that even the branding and the head shaving are pretty normal in bdsm.

Something happened to piss that girl off and she knew she could use it to her advantage because he would be seen as a monster. The media loves to make women the poor abused victim (even if she is later proved a liar as has happened in some rape cases) Everything I have read, everything, the other happy slaves, the slave contract, her going back many times, the actions that are objectionable, everything that looks “abusive” “non-consensual” everything written to say “poor abused thing” reads to me consensual activity.  I would be perfectly happy to read that transcript, it would probably make a first rate porn novel as opposed to all that romantic drivel  but I honestly do no think It would change my mind about this at all.  (Been following it every place I can find a scrap of info) I spite of the media bent I still see it my way and that is from a slaves point of view and would be willing to bet many slaves in the bdsm community feel the same.

Even my own friends and the few people who knew about my Dom doing face slapping, spitting, cropping making me write essays and read different books saw that as abuse and controlling and he was a mean asshole and why was I with him. So after having said all of this, and letting everyone know I lived in this lifestyle from the time I was 17-to current time.. I want to know what right anyone has to decide how I live my life. I do not want a government nanny to hold my hand and tickle my ass while I fuck. Maybe others do but I do not.

Who decides what is too much?

Some people think face slapping is too much.

Some people think sodomy is wrong.

Some people might think verbal humiliation is wrong.

They ALL are WRONG if you are not into BDSM and it is not CONSENSUAL..

Who then decides what is wrong?

I do not think what was done to her was wrong because it was consensual. I would have done those things too.

So am I wrong?

Only if I get pissed and take it to court.

Keep the government out of my bedroom, thank you.

Now this was a huge win for the Adult industry.whoooo hooooo.  None of this was found to be obscene in a court of law in America!  Wow!

However it was big loss for the BDSM community.
